Tenugui - Cranebirds Pink

Measuring 92 × 34 cm, this traditional Japanese tenugui is made from 100% cotton and dyed using chūsen (注染), a hand-dyeing technique that has been passed down since the Meiji era. Unlike printed fabrics, chūsen dyeing allows the colour to penetrate deep into the cloth, creating beautiful gradients, soft transitions, and subtle variations that make every piece unique.
